Nate & Heidi Elznic:

Nate and his wife Heidi were previously the directors of Jubilee Master’s Commission. At the end of the JMC year 2010, they were launched into the next step of their calling and became the lead ministers of Fusion Ministries in June of that year. They still had a passion for the Master’s Commission program and so decided to keep the program going under its new name, Joint Master’s Commission (based off of Ephesians 4:16).

Nate and Heidi carry a passion to see the message of the Kingdom of God infiltrate the whole earth. Their heart is to pass the culture of God’s Kingdom on to the next generation through the Biblical relationship of father to son. They both have hearts like that of a father and live their lives for the next generation. They demonstrate the love of God as they lay down their lives for others and continually live with passion, loyalty and risk.

Nate and Heidi have four beautiful children between the ages of 6 and 10: Israel, Corban, Shekinah, and Zion.

Get to know Nate Elznic

Other than salvation, what's one of the greatest pieces of advice you could give to someone? God is good. Risk, dream, live with no regrets, father your kids, spiritually father another generation, seek first the Kingdom of God, and be madly in love with your spouse!
What is your favorite memory of JMC thus far? Watching a student get a revelation of the Kingdom of God and healing someone for the first time!
What is your quest? Establishing God's Kingdom on earth as it is in heaven while fathering another generation.
What would you hate to be trapped in a room with? I'd rather be in a room with a thousand demons than a thousand religious (pharisaical) people because at least I know what to do with demons!
What are your thoughts when you first wake up? God is good and I need coffee!
If you were a crayon, what color would you be and why? Red (passion), but blue is my favorite color
If you were a car, what would you be and why? A two-seated sports car with my wife, it's fast and I'm with my wife.
When was the last time you were on a plane and where were you traveling from/to? Last spring coming home from Chihuahua, Mexico

Book besides the Bible? Anything by Bill Johnson
Season and why? Minnesota springs!
Chuck Norris joke? What happens to the lukewarm? They get upCHUCKed!
Smell? The first 3 weeks of a baby's breath
Thing to get at Caribou? Large, skim cappuccino, moosed (extra shot) with sugar-free vanilla or Obsidian (dark roast)
Movie? Braveheart
Food and why? Mexican, because it's hot and spicy, like me
Board game? Risk! The game of global domination, sounds like Kingdom to me!
Piece of artwork? Anything my children made for me!
TV show? Is it time for 24 yet?

What is your favorite memory of JMC thus far? Anytime impersonations are done, and every single kingdom night worship practice--you guys are crazy fun!
What is your quest? To rid the world of the guilt and shame of religion! And drink as much coffee as possible...
What is the air speed velocity of a swallow? Ask the knights who say "nee"
What would you hate to be trapped in a room with? 80s music... and the devil (he's evil)
What is your most over-used phrase? Oh my land
What are your thoughts when you first wake up? What are we doing today, God? (Gush and sigh)
If you were a crayon, what color would you be and why?

Black
because it's classic

it contains every other color even though you don't see them
I feel I am a person who contains many facets, interests, and abilities that aren't apparent until you get to know me

If you were a car, what would you be and why? I don't think I would be this car, but I want an Oscar Meyer Weiner Mobile--it's the only thing cooler for a soccer mom to drive than a mini van! That or a hoopty with me and my kids singing obnoxiously to some annoying sing along CD
When was the last time you were on a plane and where were you traveling from/to? January 2000 from Nebraska to come check out the Youth Pastor position at Jubilee Worship Center here in Minnesota. Israel was our only child then, a whole 9 weeks old, and she slept the whole way. Then she bawled the rest of the trip:)

What is you favorite:
Book besides the Bible? God's Generals by Roberts Liardon, or any Christian biography, because it gives us a glimpse into the lives of great men and women of God--to see the price they paid, the gifts they had the privilege of flowing in, the vast numbers of people they had the privilege of loving on, how passionately they loved God and were obedient to Him no matter the cost, and a chance to learn from their mistakes
Season and why? I can't say I have an absolute favorite, I like something about every season--spring for it's sights and smells, summer for that casual feeling that goes with it, fall because it's a second spring, only now the trees are the flowers, and winter for the snow and cozy get-togethers with 17 masters commission students!!!

Movie? Hard to say, but I never get tired of watching Gone with the Wind or Pride and Prejudice
